如何快速的背英语课文?

我背新概念的方法是:

1、先一句一句的背。

把每句话表上一个序号,下一段重新从1开始标序号。每段课文大概10句左右,先读第一句,然后尝试背,不行再读,再背。直到能背下来为止。然后开始背第二句。如果这句话没有生词,句型也是你熟悉的,那么不困难。如果有生词或者句式不熟悉,背起来就比较困难,但这才是背诵的价值。比如下面这段话,就有13句,其中可能比较难的是第7句。

(1)We have been brought up to fear insects. (2)We regard them as unnecessary creatures that do more harm than good. (3)We continually wage war on them, for they contaminate our food, carry diseases, or devour our crops. (4)They sting or bite without provocation; they fly uninvited into our rooms on summer nights, or beat against our lighted windows. (5)We live in dread not only of unpleasant insects like spiders or wasps, but of quite harmless one like moths. (6) Reading about them increases our understanding without dispelling our fears. (7) Knowing that the industrious ant lives in a highly organized society does nothing to prevent us from being filled with revulsion when we find hordes of them crawling over a carefully prepared picnic lunch. (8) No matter how much we like honey, or how much we have read about the uncanny sense of direction which bees possess, we have a horror of being stung. (9) Most of our fears are unreasonable, but they are impossible to erase. (10) At the same time, however, insects are strangely fascinating. (11) We enjoy reading about them, especially when we find that, like the praying mantis, they lead perfectly horrible lives. (12) We enjoy staring at them, entranced as they go about their business, unaware (we hope) of our presence. (13) Who has not stood in awe at the sight of a spider pouncing on a fly, or a column of ants triumphantly bearing home an enormous dead beetle?

2、再一段一段的背。

背诵之前,你需要把这段课文中句子之间的联系先搞清楚。比如上面这段话,可以分为三个小段。

  • 1-4句,大意:我们对昆虫的态度(害怕、开战),以及昆虫对我们的态度(污染食物、传播疾病、毁坏庄稼、叮咬、进屋、撞窗子、...)。
  • 5-9句,大意:对昆虫的反感和恐惧。
  • 10-13句,大意:对昆虫的着迷。

这样分了小段之后,再逐个小段来背。背完之后,再把三小段连接起来。

3、背诵整篇文章。

如果每个段落都能背下来,背诵整篇文章就不难了。但是如果熟悉程度不够,可能背诵的时候不流利。因此,在“能背下来,但不流利”这个基础上,还要多读,争取把每句话都读顺,每个词的发音都读对,尽量争取模仿语调。然后录音,然后自己听录音,对照原文录音找毛病,然后自己纠正。

4、复习加强。

同样的课文,第二天再背一遍,第四天再背一遍,第八天再背一遍,...
